Missions:
- Analyze developers' projects for potential ROI, IRR, and more
- Train the sales team on new projects
- Attend developer events and provide feedback
- Partner with other broker agencies
- Find the best available units in projects
- Create project presentations for clients
- Identify the best account managers from developers
Profile Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and skills in architecture, interior design, and urban planning
- Strong ability to maintain healthy relationships with clients and partners
- Resourceful in market research
- 2 years of real estate experience
- Proficient in handling real estate online tools (DLD, Trakheesi, etc.)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Driving license
